I agree with every point you made, and I also have another thing that I wish the beauty industry didn't do, which kind of goes hand in hand with the last thing you mentioned. Very few brands in general use models that are actually dealing with the problem they claim their product will fix, or if they are, it's mildly. Like you mentioned, anti-aging products are often advertised with a model that's not even that old, and acne products are often advertised using a model who maybe has 3 pimples that aren't even that large. Just saying, I don't expect over the counter stuff to fix severe acne, at that point you should see a derm, but surely their product can be effective on worse acne than what their models have. Same with products that are supposed to help texture.

I’ve had this perfume in the passed I loved it but one of my sisters was allergic to this scent and I had to stop using it. For me it was a winter scent though it seemed out of place for summer.

My wish is for everyone to wear fewer scented cosmetics of all kinds and to limit the use of scented laundry products. For some of us, it’s not just that the smell of perfume is objectionable, it’s that it causes respiratory distress and/or skin reactions just from being in proximity.

Hi! I absolutely LOVE your new hair and I noticed so many people love it too on instagram! It looks classy and actually has a style! I think the issue a very few people are having is that they don’t like change ( seriously- it’s human nature). I feel like the Main person that has an issue with it is you- you keep bringing it up and posted so many times asking what others thought. So many times. I read the comments and everyone loved it ( only 1 or 2 people didn’t). I think you are focusing on those few and it’s you that doesn’t feel comfortable with this change. It is a huge change and it may be difficult to adjust to, but it really looks gorgeous and I wouldn’t go back that blonde if I was you. If you feel uncomfortable with that specific colour, change the shade of brown perhaps- play with that a bit? But I love it and really feel this cut and colour looks amazing, much more sophisticated and your eyes pop even more.

People go by trends instead of what actually suits the person. Many older women look nicer with long hair, for many it’s the opposite. It just depends on your face and how it changes as you grow.

Nope. Not for me. I've just turned 30, and my age is a constant sore point in my head. Maybe I will come around to accepting aging as I get older. But for now, I experience each birthday kicking and screaming 🤣

No...I think your hair clashes with you skin tone, i think there is too much red in the brown. I think you should get some blonde highlights, NOT gold but blonde. You look good as a blond. Now you've got a brown base, you can play around with, blonde highlights is my take. Of course others may love it, just my opinion.

Yup!!...outrageously I had the exact same hair transformation as you, as soon as I got home I looked in the mirror and said to my self it's a Karen!!!!!.. Couldn't believe my new hair dresser was thrilled with her work and I paid for it. I have spent two weeks racking my brains on how to transition the fark out of this cut and look great... Yes you are mistaken, I am glad I ended up here because I can now double down on my conclusion...

I didn't know people even associated certain hair cuts with Karen's until I watched your videos, lol. Personally, I think your hair looks so much healthier now. I do think the blonde brought out your skin tone more though? (I'm bad with skin tones, but I do feel like maybe if it was warmer or cooler, the brown would bring it out just as well.) As for the trying to look younger thing, I think people should just let others do what they want, wear what they want. Getting older isn't a bad thing. I can't remember exactly what I heard Dr. Dray say once, but she mentioned once in a blog or something that getting older was a blessing because the alternative isn't good.

You do NOT have a Karen haircut! Wear your hair however you’d like, but I prefer the side part & this color. The only suggestion I will make is that you ask your stylist to show you how to do your own blowout with whatever gives you more volume. 💕🤗

Also most Karen’s cuts are stacked higher in the back and usually asymmetrical cut . But please remember part of the Karen look is their ugly soul. As long as you keep smiling and not behave like a Karen I think you’ll be ok. 😂

I’ll add too that I have a larger than average size forehead and so do you which is fine it’s us. But we can tend to look angry or frustrated or just not too friendly when the forehead is completely showing.

I think a long side swept kinda bang of sorts or some curls. The cut is fine it’s the fact that it’s laying so flat . Maybe even try putting it up with some loose curls hanging. Or even slick back on both sides but tease a little on the top to add a little fullness and height. I wish you were close to me I’d show you 20 different ways to style your new cut but as a stylist the flat part in middle or side is not as flattering as it could be. Forgive me for saying this but there’s no other way. It kinda looks like a man’s cut. There’s no femininity in it. Maybe a headband ? But I will say this. Tucked behind your ears with good size earrings or a ball cap or both would be ok to leave it flat then.

I would push it all back no part and gel/pomade it to look like a "i woke up like this" hair. Like kristen stewart or emma darcy or like Ellen's wife portia used to have a while back

Have you ever thought of going auburn. I wouldn’t recommend it with this cut - more of an older lady vibe. If you plan to grow this out a blunt bob would look great on you I think
